Trademarks
This page exists because the name of this site contains a word that belongs to somebody else, and nobody should have to guess what that means.
The short version
NextJS Development is an independent service operated by Codefacture Yazılım A.Ş. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Vercel, Inc., by Meta Platforms, Inc., or by the Next.js or React projects.
If you are looking for the framework itself - its documentation, its downloads, its release notes or its support channels - this is not that site, and nothing here should be mistaken for an official source.
Why the name says Next.js
Because it describes what we do. We build and maintain applications in one framework and no other, and the fastest honest way to say that is to put the framework's name where somebody searching for it will find us.
That is the same reason an independent garage lists the marques it services, or a bookshop says which publishers it stocks. It is a statement about the subject of the work rather than a claim to be part of the thing named.
What it is not is a claim of partnership, certification, authorisation or any other relationship. There is no such relationship - including with the company that hosts this site, which is a supplier we pay like any other. If one ever existed we would say so on this page, with whatever document supported it.

Each is used descriptively, to say which technology is being discussed. No ownership of any of them is claimed by us, and their appearance in an article or a service description does not imply that their owners have reviewed, approved or had any involvement in what is written.
What belongs to us
The text, the code examples and the design of this site. That is covered in the Terms & Conditions, along with what you may do with it - which is more than most sites allow, because the articles exist to be useful.
If you are the holder of a mark used here
Write to info@codefacture.com. If something on this site overstates a relationship, misuses a mark or reads as though it came from you, tell us what it is and we will correct it. That is a commitment rather than a formality - we would rather fix a line than defend it.
